About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into clear commercial insights that drive real business impact? Join us as a Commercial Performance & Insights Analyst and help shape how we understand and improve performance across our international markets. Your team At BDR Thermea Group, we are on a mission to decarbonise heating and cooling with our energy-efficient solutions. To accelerate this mission, we have built a commercial centre of excellence within our Residential Business Area, reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing CoE. Your team, working on a global level, brings together expertise across Pricing, Product, Customer Concepts and Go-to-Market excellence, all focused on delivering strong, data-driven value propositions to our customers. In this team, you play a key role in connecting the dots: bringing together data from across countries, functions and systems to create transparency and enable better decision-making. Your role As Commercial Performance & Insights Analyst, you are at the heart of our commercial performance management. You ensure that data from across our Operating Companies is consolidated, structured and translated into clear, actionable insights. You work across multiple domains - from pricing and Net Revenue Management to CRM, market performance and commercial initiatives - helping to build a consistent and reliable view of performance across our Residential Business Area. Your role is to bring structure, consistency and clarity: understanding what data exists, how it connects, and how it can best be used. You will help shape dashboards, improve data quality, and guide stakeholders towards more data-driven ways of working. This is a highly cross-functional and international role, where you collaborate closely with commercial teams, finance, S&OP and pricing colleagues. You don’t just report the numbers - you help explain them, challenge them, and improve how we use them. Your role is hybrid, based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. We value flexibility and collaboration: you're encouraged to spend at least one to two days per week in our office while enjoying the support for your home office set-up and travel costs. Your key tasks Consolidate commercial KPIs across Operating Companies and ensure timely, accurate data submission. Track market performance by combining external market data with internal S&OP forecasts, identifying trends and deviations. Build and maintain structured dashboards (e.g. in Excel or Power BI) to support performance reviews and decision-making. Monitor progress on Residential OKRs and support alignment through clear, consistent reporting. Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) by maintaining scorecards and tracking key account performance. Track installer segmentation performance and engagement metrics across markets. Consolidate and support Net Revenue Management (NRM) reporting, including pricing and mix performance insights. Bring together CRM and lead management data to improve visibility on commercial funnel performance. Collect and structure commercial best practices, supporting knowledge sharing across countries. What you bring 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, commercial performance, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect data from different sources and translate it into insights. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, data consolidation); experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus. A solid understanding of commercial dynamics (e.g. pricing, sales performance, or marketing funnels). Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across countries and functions. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field. What we offer A permanent contract. Next to a solid monetary compensation, receive a strong pension package. Benefit from a healthy work-life balance with 36 holiday days per year, based on a full-time contract. Take advantage of flexible home-working policies and a home-office budget. Enjoy discounts on our products and insurances. Join a company in the heart of the energy transition and build a flourishing career with us!
