About the Role
Your responsibilities Manage dedicated Paid performance projects for over 30 markets all across the world. Based on collaboration with the Paid performance team, prepare and implement the company paid media strategy. Collaborate with the Performance marketing team. Plan and allocate paid media channel budgets on a day-to-day basis for efficient growth. Analyze and optimize traffic and conversion path. Analyze the quality of the traffic by using proper tools like Google Analytics. Analyze and report on the campaigns. Our requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on marketing experience. Knowledge of marketing online trends. Being Fluent or at least communicative in English and German Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel. Excellent communication skills. Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend data and sales analytics. Experience with data feeds and email marketing is beneficial. Ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and software.
