Works to ensure mobile endpoints deliver at a service level consistent with the needs and expectations of the organization. Proactively interacts with key customers and leaders to build customer relationships and ensure operations are managed in coordination with organizational needs and expectations. </font></font></p><p></p><p><b style="font-family:'times new roman';font-size:1.6rem">EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: </b></p><p></p><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Three years of experience in a management position supporting endpoint computing infrastructure and in a customer support role with high customer satisfaction goals is required. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Should have extensive experience in the following technologies: iOS, MacOS, Mobility platforms such as Omnissa Workspace One, InTune and BYOD technologies. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">If candidate is internal, acceptable backgrounds can be a combination of seven years of internal and external IT experience along with demonstrated leadership work, leadership coursework and demonstrated leadership capability.</font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Experience with Mobile Mgmt. platforms, vendor/contract and license management, implementation and management within the ITIL ITSM framework, preferred. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related technology field or acquired through combination of education and experience, required. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of hospital system staff, vendors and IT personnel. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Strong ability to define, communicate and ensure processes, policies and procedures are executed in accordance with desired management outcomes. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Must possess the ability to deliver clear, concise communications and presentations. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Must be able to effectively and efficiently train others in key IT concepts. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Outstanding oral and written communication skills. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Strong management and project management capabilities.</font></font></p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></font><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health </b></font></font></p><p>Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $53.57- $91.64.
