<p>We’re recruiting a <strong>Clinical Director / Practice Director</strong> to lead a well-established veterinary team in <strong>Devon</strong>. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape clinical standards, team culture, and operational performance across multiple sites while delivering exceptional patient and client care.</p>
<p>This position is open to <strong>both experienced veterinary clinical leaders and strong operational practice managers</strong>, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to influence strategy, performance, and service development in a progressive veterinary environment.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<li>Provide strategic leadership across multiple veterinary sites.
<li>Lead and support veterinary and support teams to deliver excellent clinical care.
<li>Drive operational efficiency and service development.
<li>Manage financial performance and key business KPIs.
<li>Foster a positive, collaborative culture and strong team engagement.
<li>Ensure compliance with clinical governance, safety, and quality standards.
<li>Support professional development and mentoring within the team.

<p><strong>For Clinical Director Applicants</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>MRCVS qualified.
<li>Experience in clinical leadership, governance, or service development.
</ul>
<p><strong>For Practice Director Applicants</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience managing veterinary practices or veterinary operations.
<li>Strong background in team leadership, business performance, and client experience.
