The Advocacy team is here to understand how markets work to shape the consumer landscape and to ensure those markets deliver positive outcomes for consumers. We do this by: - Uncovering and understanding the areas of consumer harm across the economy - Developing evidence-based policy positions to address these harms - Developing campaigns and strategies to influence businesses and policy makers. We also monitor and evaluate the impact of all Which?’s activities and services in addressing consumer harm to identify ways to increase our organisational impact.
