Finance Business Partner – Man Acs

£60 – 70k Neg package – DOE + bens

Varied role for a large manufacturing company based in Chichester working directly for senior financial management.

This role will suit someone used to working in a large multi unit business (manufacturing would be very useful) who enjoys business partnering with operations to explain the management accounts and budget position on a rolling basis.

Ideally you will be qualified with strong management accounting and analytical skills, but my client will look at QBE or PQ candidates who have experience in a large business.

Key duties include:

• Responsibility for several full P&Ls on a monthly basis
• Manufacturing costing and pricing
• Month end preparation
• KPI reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Production of the consolidated Actual, Budget and Forecast
• Investigate and resolve any information requests on a timely basis.
• Support the Finance Management team with ad hoc projects.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills.
• Good communicator at all levels and able to influence others.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Good people skills to build strong team relationships and with business and external partners

My client will pay a competitive salary (depending on experience) with pension and 25 days hols. Ideally you will be office based 5 days a week with some life flexibility given.
