Let's talk!<br /> <br /> The Role<br /> We are seeking System Administrators at both Level 1 and Level 2 tiers to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical IT systems. In this role, you will manage infrastructure and processes related to client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. Base compensation ranges from $115k to $170k, with a compelling benefits package for qualified candidates.<br /> <br /> Key responsibilities include:<br /> System Operations: Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems, including UNIX and Windows operating systems.<br /> Tiered Support: Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.<br /> Infrastructure Maintenance: Install and load OS software, maintain network integrity, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance.<br /> Optimization: Perform system capacity analysis and planning to optimize resource utilization.<br /> Communication: Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers regarding escalated tickets and status updates.<br /> <br /> What You'll Bring<br /> Level 1 System Administrator<br /> Experience: Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope and complexity.<br /> Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (10 years total).<br /> <br /> Level 2 System Administrator<br /> Experience: Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope and complexity.<br /> Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree (15 years total).<br /> <br /> Technical Requirements:<br /> Proficiency in configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems.<br /> In-depth experience in troubleshooting complex IT systems and network components.<br /> Ability to remain involved in the resolution process for hardware and dispatch system problems.<br /> <br /> Clearance Requirements<br /> TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs.
