This hybrid position offers a balanced model of in-person and telehealth care, providing comprehensive psychiatric services to a diverse patient population. Schedule & Work Model: Total Commitment: 20 hours per week 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours Minimum of 10 clinical hours onsite at the King of Prussia clinic Remaining 7 clinical hours may be conducted remotely 3 administrative hours completed remotely Flexible scheduling aligned with business needs Availability required during peak “after-school hours” (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends) Compensation & Benefits: Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually Base Salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week) Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling Additional Earnings: $100 per clinical hour for patient visits beyond base caseload Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off plus 11 company holidays Ongoing clinical support and professional development opportunities Requirements: Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program Board Certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure Ability to work onsite at the King of Prussia clinic for at least 10 clinical hours per week Flexibility to work during core after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends) Must have own computer, phone, and reliable high-speed internet Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
