What you will be doing:
Develop and implement a risk-based compliance audit and monitoring program to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Scope and execute operational audits, analyze findings, perform root cause analysis, and develop actionable remediation plans.
Conduct field and virtual monitoring of healthcare interactions, including speaker programs, advisory boards, and other commercial activities.
Build and operate compliance analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks. Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.
Maintain documentation of audit procedures, monitoring methodologies, and analytics protocols.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for compliance auditing, monitoring, and analytics.
Stay current on regulatory developments and industry best practices to enhance compliance strategies.
Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management and compliance committees.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years in compliance auditing, policy, or risk roles within healthcare, pharma, or medical devices
2+ years in project or program leadership
Deep knowledge of healthcare/fraud and abuse laws (e.g., False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, FD&C Act, transparency laws)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and work cross-functionally
Experience with compliance monitoring tools, contract management systems, and reporting platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, JD)
Certifications: CHC, CCEP, CPA, or CFE
Experience with RPA, AI analytics, and BOT development
Proven ability to translate complex regulations into practical business solutions
