CSA Project Manager

Project: Hyperscale Data Centre New Build
Our client is a leading international contractor delivering hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects across Europe. They are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager for a flagship new-build development in Amsterdam.
The role covers full CSA delivery from groundworks through to completion and handover, ensuring safe, on-programme and high-quality execution. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and oversee key interfaces across CSA, MEP and commissioning teams.
Working closely with project leadership, design teams and commercial functions, you will ensure delivery aligns with programme milestones, design intent and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage all CSA works across the full project lifecycle
•    Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
•    Drive programme performance and recovery actions where required
•    Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality standards
•    Oversee site HSE compliance and promote safety culture
•    Lead coordination meetings and progress reporting
•    Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections and QA processes
•    Support commercial and planning teams with delivery, risk and cost control
•    Coordinate CSA / MEP / commissioning interfaces
•    Resolve site issues and minimise programme disruption
•    Support commissioning, snagging and handover

Requirements
•    Proven CSA Project Manager experience on large-scale projects
•    Strong background in hyperscale data centre or major industrial builds
•    Experience managing subcontractors and complex site interfaces
•    Strong knowledge of CSA delivery methods and sequencing
•    Good understanding of HSE, QA and project controls
•    Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
•    Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
