Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst A global organisation is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance function. This position offers excellent exposure to international operations and the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of internal teams while contributing to financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced multinational environment. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the month-end close process, including review activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis to support accurate reporting Partner with a variety of internal stakeholders across finance and other departments such as treasury, tax, legal, and communications Work with international accounting teams to support consistent processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and standardisation Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards Prepare and review statutory trial balances, including adjustments required under local GAAP Support the external audit process and assist with audit queries and documentation Assess accounting treatment for complex transactions and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different regions while managing responsibilities independently and proactively Requirements Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) Experience in financial reporting or accounting within a multinational company or professional services environment Desirable Experience Ability to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders Experience identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, or introduce automation Knowledge of IFRS or other international accounting standards Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Advanced Excel skills and strong interest in financial systems and technology This role provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment with strong exposure to global finance operations and ongoing opportunities for professional development.
