About the Role
If you're the kind of Accounts Payable professional who enjoys bringing order to chaos and wants the opportunity to build something, this is a role worth exploring. Our client is a growing, family-owned manufacturing organization that is rapidly expanding through strategic acquisitions and is on track to become a $150M business. Reporting to the Controller, you'll take ownership of the entire AP function, lead and mentor an AP Clerk, drive process improvements, and play a key role in stabilizing the department during an exciting period of growth and integration. It's a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in high-volume AP, enjoys solving problems, and wants a clear path to grow into a larger leadership role as the organization continues to expand, all without the bureaucracy of a large corporation or the pressures of private equity ownership.
