Field Marketing Manager – Remote – German Speaking

FIELD MARKETING MANAGER – REMOTE – GERMAN SPEAKING We are currently hiring Field Marketing Manager (100% Remote). The client is a global leader in the software industry, seeking a talented individual to join their team as a German-Speaking Field Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: Shape and tailor local marketing strategies to align with EMEA marketing goals and local sales targets. Execute targeted lead generation campaigns across various channels (LinkedIn, Media, Website) for specific account segments, verticals, and personas. Coordinate and manage tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and Centric events. Drive large account conversions through the development of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. Create and deploy campaign assets and collaterals. Analyze campaign results using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Marketing Manager to identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough market, database, and competition analyses. Explore data to define segmentation. Coordinate with freelancers and external agencies. Manage budget and accounting. Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an IT/software environment. Business School degree or equivalent in Marketing. Proficient understanding of Inbound and marketing automation practices (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM use (Salesforce). Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills. Autonomous with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Languages: German (native) + English (Fluent).
