About the Role
We're seeking team assistants to join a firm that truly speaks volumes and shapes the industry's top assistants.<br><br>Joining a vibrant, fast-paced and collaborative international environment, you'll sit at the heart of this team. You'll be supporting Associates, Managing Directors, Senior VPs and a wider team with complex diaries, cross-timezone meetings, international travel and acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders across Europe, Asia and America.<br><br>They firm are looking for someone who is highly organised, client-facing in their communication and adaptable.<br><br>You must be a Team Assistant/Executive Assistant (minimum of 3 - 4 years) who has worked in a fast-paced environment. A background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consultancy or professional services is highly desirable.<br><br><strong><em>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</em></strong><br><ul><li>Coordinating complex internal and external meetings for a fast-paced team</li><li>Arranging international travel and managing expenses</li><li>Liaising with senior leaders and key stakeholders</li><li>Supporting admin tasks, ad-hoc projects and wider team events</li></ul><br><strong><em>Requirements</em></strong><br><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years'+ Assistant experience, ideally within investment or professional services</li><li>Excellent communication, strong organisation and exceptional attention to detail</li></ul><br>This is a 12 - 18 month, full-time, office-based role (5 days a week) with the potential to extend or become permanent based on performance and business needs.<br><br>£23 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay<br><br><strong><em>If you're ready to join a global powerhouse and elevate your assistant career in a truly inspiring environment, apply today.</em></strong>
