Coast and Harbor is currently looking for qualified candidates to provide <strong>on-site construction quality assurance on data center projects in Northern Virginia.</strong></span></span></span></span><br />

<span><span><b><span><span>Required Qualifications:</span></span></b></span></span>
<ul>
<li><span><span><span><span>Experience as superintendent, Clerk of the Works, or construction inspector on projects with large, sophisticated MEP systems</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Experience reviewing requisitions for payment</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Experience reviewing construction schedules</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Ability to proactively identify construction issues and developing recommended responses</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Preparing daily reports</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Proficiency with project management software such as Procore and e-Builder</span></span></span></span></li>
