Published: 15th March 2026 Contracts Supervisor – Repairs & Maintenance Permanent West Midlands Social Housing & Property Services £41,000 Overview Contracts Supervisor – Repairs & Maintenance Location: Oldbury, West Midlands Salary: £41,000 per year + Van & Fuel Card Type: Permanent | Full-time The Role Support the delivery of repairs and maintenance contracts, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, to budget, and to a high standard, while minimising disruption to residents and meeting client KPIs. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day supervision of Planned and/or R&M contracts Manage operatives and subcontractors to achieve performance targets Monitor quality, health & safety, and programme delivery Liaise with clients, resident groups, and internal teams Track contract performance and financials, including variations About You Experience supervising contracts within repairs & maintenance Strong contract management and leadership skills Knowledge of building maintenance and repair Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer £41,000 plus benefits including car allowance, 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, Perkbox, referral bonuses, and clear progression opportunities.
