Senior Designer Lead

<p>Senior Designer Lead needed in Crewe</p> <p>This is a temporary role and the hourly rate is £28.50ph PAYE</p> <p>The reference number is:                   5300494</p> <p>The successful candidate will lead and develop a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary service design function, setting clear direction and assuring the quality of design delivery across the organisation.</p> <p>They will apply expert knowledge of service design principles — including “service blueprinting, system mapping, journey mapping, process mapping, prototyping and piloting” — to shape complex redesign programmes that improve outcomes for residents and staff.
