IAM Delivery Lead - Contract

one of our banking client is looking for an experienced IAM Delivery Lead to join a major enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programme. You'll lead the delivery of multiple IAM/IGA workstreams, working with technology, cybersecurity, and business teams to drive successful project outcomes.

📍 Location: Hybrid - Sheffield (up to 3 days per week)
📅 Contract: Initial contract until 30th November 2026

What you'll do

• Lead IAM/IGA project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage plans, risks, dependencies, and project reporting.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive Agile delivery using JIRA and Confluence.
• Remove blockers and keep projects on track.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience delivering IAM or IGA projects.
• Strong Delivery Lead or Technical Project Management experience.
• Good understanding of IAM, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.

Desirable: PRINCE2/PMP, Scrum Master experience, and a background in Cyber Security or Financial Services.
