A fantastic local client of ours is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial and Residential Surveyor to join their growing and fast-paced team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in their Yeovil office, offering a salary of up to £50,000 ote.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out inspections across both commercial and residential properties
- Preparing detailed reports and professional documentation
- Managing a varied workload across different property types
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Supporting wider team projects and day-to-day surveying activity
- Ensuring work is delivered to a high professional standard
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in a similar Commercial Surveyor role
- Strong residential property experience will also be considered
- MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years PQE
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
