About the Role
As a Data Analyst (all genders) in our Customer Analytics Team, you are a strategic partner to Product across our B2B enterprise solutions business and B2C consumer platform.
You analyze customer behavior, product usage patterns, and feature adoption across the full journey — from discovery through engagement and retention — using onsite, product interaction, and transactional data. Your insights enable data-informed product decisions, improved user experiences, and scalable growth across both business models.
You contribute to the evolution from descriptive reporting toward predictive, AI-enabled product analytics and experimentation.
CHALLENGE
Derive actionable insights from customer personas and behavioral segments by analyzing onsite and product interaction data to identify engagement drivers, friction points, adoption barriers, and retention opportunities.
Evaluate product performance across the user journey (traffic, activation, feature adoption, engagement depth, retention), translating insights into clear recommendations for roadmap prioritization and UX optimization.
Define, maintain, and evolve product KPI frameworks and measurement standards, ensuring consistent tracking of product adoption, engagement quality, and lifecycle outcomes across B2B and B2C.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering to shape experimentation roadmaps, feature rollouts, and impact measurement.
Build automated dashboards and scalable self-service analytics solutions to support continuous product discovery and steering.
