Role Summary:
Conduct preliminary planning for repairs that are done in the terminal. Support/provide needed manpower, equipment & supplies to execute work.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:
Advanced Maintenance Management System
o Track repairs of equipment
o Generate work orders
o Close out work orders
o Act as system administrator; set profiles and passwords
o Conduct system user training
Report creation
o Inventory
o Critical asset
o Financial
o Equipment database
o Backlog
o MTD (prepare and track)
Facility maintenance
o Conduct facility bidding process
o Prepare work scope & bid letters
o Conduct walkabouts/site visits
o Process purchase orders and invoices
o Process and receipt invoices for payments
o Coordinate contractors’ manpower
Administrative
o Develop and maintain preventative maintenance forms and records
o Prepare preventative maintenance schedule
o Assist with organizing departmental safety meetings
o Assist with planning and coordination of special project activities
o Coordinate and schedule repairs between Operation and contractors
And other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma required, Associate Degree in Business Administration is preferred
3 years of experience
Certificates & Licenses:
None required

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Physical & Safety Requirements:
The employee is frequently required to effectively communicate with others.
Position may occasionally require exposure to adverse weather conditions, hazardous environments and require the physical stamina to occasionally work outside the office.
Required use of all safety equipment in performance of job.
