We’re seeking an experienced, cross-functional Senior Product Manager to drive development of our internal Messaging Platform. This role is critical to delivering next-generation messaging solutions that scale across the Apple ecosystem.
As the Product Lead for Offer Merchandising, you will set the strategic direction, define the roadmap, and be accountable for shaping and delivering platform capabilities that meet evolving business and customer needs. You will drive the roadmap, align cross-functional teams around priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Success in this role requires simplifying complexity, maintaining a strong customer experience mindset, and being hands-on while guiding partner teams to ship scalable, innovative messaging products that unlock customer acquisition and drive business outcome
Description
Product:
Own product strategy and roadmap for Offer Merchandising, aligning priorities with platform strategy and business goals
Drive the development of intelligent, context-aware decisioning for multiple offer types across platforms and surfaces
Translate diverse partner needs into a coherent, prioritized roadmap and modular platform capabilities
Define product requirements, collaborate on technical specifications, and measure performance of offer experiences and platform features
Partner with Analytics to evaluate effectiveness, attribution, and drive data-informed prioritization and investment
Business and Operations:
Advocate for innovative offer merchandising capabilities and features that serve business goals and drive customer delight
Drive roadmap execution and ensure accountability through cross-functional collaboration
Apply customer centric and agile methods to continually test, learn, and launch new features and enhancements
Collaboration:
Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics to innovate and execute the product roadmap
Drive collaboration with high-performing matrix teams to build scalable solutions and deliver impactful results within Apple’s ecosystem
Collaborate with legal, finance and privacy teams to ensure compliance and ship privacy-centric products
Minimum Qualifications
Proven ability to drive high-profile products while getting hands-on with execution details
Proven ability to simplify complex problems, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical mindset and detail orientation with ability to shift between strategic and tactical
Data-driven decision-maker who draws insights from both data and customer discovery
Comfortable partnering with technical and business stakeholders across all levels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or managing platform products
Passion for delivering customer experiences that meet Apple’s bar for excellence
Naturally curious with strong initiation, and motivated by emerging technologies and new innovations
Knowledge of messaging platforms, martech, product marketing, or SaaS/subscriptions is a plus
