The Role

We're looking for an experienced 360° recruitment consultant to join our growing team, focusing on delivery-side recruitment across:

• Utilities & Infrastructure – gas, water and electrical
• Highways & Civil Engineering – professional engineers and skilled operatives
• Rail – partnering with rail organisations throughout the UK
• Telecoms – major UK telecommunications businesses

You'll primarily recruit for delivery roles such as Engineers, Site Managers, and Project Managers, working both permanent and/or contract desks depending on client need.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key existing clients, acting as a trusted partner across their recruitment needs
• Win new business and develop new client accounts across the utilities, infrastructure, rail, and telecoms sectors
• Source, screen, and manage candidates through a variety of methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and headhunting
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development through to offer and placement
• Work closely with clients on PSL frameworks and tender/contract requirements
• Build a strong, credible network of candidates and clients within your specialist sectors
• Consistently meet and exceed billing and KPI targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a 360° recruitment consultant with a track record of billing
• Experience winning new clients as well as managing existing accounts
• Confident, resilient, and target-driven, with strong business development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience recruiting in Utilities, Infrastructure, Rail, Civil Engineering, Telecoms or a related technical/engineering sector is desirable — however, we welcome applications from experienced 360° recruiters from other sectors, as full sector-specific training will be provided
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
