No experience is necessary for this position. We are willing to train the right highly motivated candidate. The Composite Technician is accountable for the beginning stages of creating the prosthetics using a "lay-up" method working with carbon fiber sheets. The Composite Technician position plays a critical role in the success of our company providing components that meet our quality standards and commitment to our overall business goals.</span></p><h2>Your Impact: </h2><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Apply multiple layers of material/fiber to surfaces assuring adhesion and repeating the process until the desired thickness, contour, and strength is achieved</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Fit and smooth successive layers of materials in the proper orientation as necessary to secure build-up free from wrinkles, air pockets, contaminations, and voids</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work from work orders, specifications, and written instructions to lay-up composites</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Use basic composite bagging procedures to complete the lay-up process</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">If required, load and cure composite components in the press load or autoclave</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor and verify the quality of finished product</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Document work according to manufacturing order process</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Promote safe work area and general shop safety</span></li></ul><h2>Minimum Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">High school diploma, GED, or equivalent</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Less than 1 year of related experience</span></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0pt;
