Sr Principal, Product Owner - Enterprise Data Management

Role Summary We are hiring a Sr Principal Product Owner Enterprise Data Management to drive the execution of next generation data platform capabilities. This role translates complex business needs into a clear roadmap and delivery plan that enables raw data acquisition, domain based ownership, AI powered DataOps, and governed self service. You will operationalize a medallion architecture to build scalable pipelines, embed AI for intelligent governance and anomaly detection, and partner with data stewards and engineering to deliver curated, discoverable data products. Your work will align platform delivery with enterprise architecture, compliance, and analytics strategies while engaging business and technology stakeholders to maximize value. Key Responsibilities • Deliver platform capabilities for raw data ingestion, profiling, and domain based data ownership • Operationalize medallion architecture Bronze to Silver to Gold to support scalable, governed pipelines • Translate business outcomes into prioritized backlogs, user stories, and sprint plans that advance AI enablement and data readiness • Execute AI driven DataOps features including automated governance, anomaly detection, and intelligent metadata discovery • Enable domain stewards to manage and activate data assets and integrate curated products into the enterprise data marketplace • Partner with engineering and architecture to design high throughput ingestion and domain specific data products • Ensure robust metadata management, lineage, access policies, and control enforcement across data domains • Facilitate cross functional stakeholder alignment to deliver high value data products and measure adoption and satisfaction Key Requirements • 7 plus years in product management or data engineering for large scale data platforms with AI or ML enablement experience • Proven delivery in multi tier enterprise environments spanning business, technology, and operations with Agile methodologies and backlog management • Hands on familiarity with modern data and governance tooling such as Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, and data catalog platforms like Alation or Collibra • Demonstrated experience operationalizing medallion architecture and building governed, reusable data products • Strong grasp of metadata, lineage, data quality dimensions completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness and policy enforcement • Ability to collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders to define domain ownership and standards • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills with a track record driving cross functional alignment • Disciplined execution mindset with user centered design thinking and measurable outcome orientation Call to Action Ready to lead enterprise data product delivery at scale and shape AI enabled DataOps.
