A well-established, purpose-led charity is hiring a Digital Communications & Marketing Lead to take ownership of its digital channels and drive audience growth, engagement and conversion.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing content, campaigns and data and wants their work to have genuine impact.
The role:
Own and develop website, email and social media channels
Plan and deliver digital campaigns (organic + paid)
Create engaging digital content, including video and visuals (Canva / Adobe Creative Suite available)
???????Grow and segment email audiences using Mailchimp
Send out engaging and informative newsletters
Support CRM activity and data integrity using Salesforce
Track performance, report on insight and optimise activity
Act as a brand guardian across all digital outputs
What we’re looking for
4+ years’ experience in digital communications or digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Mailchimp and Salesforce
Confident across CMS platforms, social media and analytics
Comfortable creating visual content using Canva
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (optional)
Organised, data-driven and able to manage multiple priorities
