O’Neill & Brennan, a market-leading construction recruitment business with over 30 years’ success and £100m+ turnover, is looking to appoint an experienced M&E White Collar Consultant to join our London team.
This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to build and scale a specialist desk across the London & South East market, focusing on M&E Production & Operations roles (Site Managers, Project Managers, Contracts Managers, and senior operational leadership).

With 14 UK offices and long-standing relationships with leading main contractors, developers, and specialist subcontractors, you’ll have the platform, brand, and support to make an immediate impact.

The Opportunity
• Take ownership of a high-potential M&E white collar desk
• Develop and grow client relationships across Building Services and M&E contractors
• Leverage existing PSLs and brand reputation to generate quick wins
• Drive new business across London & the South East, with scope to scale nationally
• Work closely with delivery teams to maximise output and service quality

About You
• Proven track record in white collar construction recruitment (ideally M&E / Building Services)
• Strong business development capability and commercial mindset
• Experience placing roles across Production / Operations is highly desirable
• Driven, self-sufficient, and motivated by growth and earning potential
