Hours: 44 hours per week – full time, permanent
Overtime opportunities + bonus opportunities available

Earning Potential – Salary:
Up to £14.60 per hour (dependent on experience)
Overtime paid at 1.5x (up to £21.90 per hour)
Bonus opportunities on top – realistic OTE: £34,000 – £36,500

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Van Ply Liner to join a proper team in Trafford Park. You’ll be fitting out commercial vehicles to exact specs, working alongside people who actually know their trade. No micromanaging. Just good work, tidy standards, and the kit you need to get it done.

Key Responsibilities

• Lining and fitting accessories to commercial vehicles, following exact customer specifications
• Recording processes at each stage of the fitment – quality checks throughout
• Checking vehicles for damage before and after work is carried out
• Keeping your workspace and the vans clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Working individually and as part of a small team

What You’ll Need

• Previous commercial vehicle ply lining and accessory fitting experience
• A methodical approach – you take pride in finish and fit
• Awareness of health and safety – you don’t cut corners
• The ability to use your own initiative and problem-solve on the job
• You’ll be a great fit if you’re tidy, reliable, and want a stable role where your experience actually gets recognised.
