You will be responsible for managing corporate documentation, overseeing legal approval processes, handling correspondence, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. We are seeking someone who demonstrates strong attention to detail, maintains confidentiality, ensures timely reporting, and actively supports the company’s reputation while contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.</p><p><strong><em><br>This is you</em></strong></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Office experience</strong> is a big plus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in <strong>English</strong> is sufficient for effective communication, as well as <strong>Polish</strong>,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in <strong>Excel and Word</strong>, and the ability to draft documents</span></p></li><li><p><span>Openness and confidence in interpersonal interactions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactive attitude—initiative and independence</span></p></li><li><p><span>Attention to detail and commitment to the quality of assigned tasks</span></p></li></ul><p><br><strong><em>This is your role</em></strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Working with documents – verifying the accuracy of company/representative data, collecting signatures, printing, dispatching, and archiving.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Managing the Global Jira Legal Sign-Off process – signing documents within the system.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Preparing documents at the request of the Legal Department.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Organizing and supervising meetings with a notary – at the request of the Legal Department.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Administering the document archive in Poland – in accordance with the current process for Polish entities (cooperation with the Information Security Expert).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Handling the insurance policy process for international business trips.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cooperation with vendors – contract handling, managing complaint processes, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting the Management Board.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Sending and receiving correspondence and shipments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cooperation and communication with all departments within the company.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><strong><em>What awaits you at Avenga?</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Private medical care</p></li><li><p>Life insurance</p></li><li><p>Cafeteria benefits platform</p></li><li><p>Sports card</p></li><li><p>Psychological support<em><br><br>At Avenga, everyone matters.
