Functieomschrijving
- Managing ocean export shipments from A to Z
- Coordinating bookings with shipping lines and transport providers
- Preparing and reviewing export documentation
- Arranging inland transportation where required
- Monitoring shipment progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Communicating with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and suppliers
- Proactively resolving operational challenges
- Providing shipment updates and excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative processes
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Profiel
- Experience within ocean freight forwarding or export operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and ownership mentality
- Team player with a positive and professional approach
