<p><span><strong>Search Atlas</strong> is an agentic marketing platform that combines SEO, content, site management, and AI-powered automation into a single system. We are a $30M+ ARR company with 215 employees, building the future where AI agents handle the execution layer of marketing while humans focus on strategy and creativity.</span></p><p><span>We are defining the category of "agentic marketing" — and we need a content creator and production leader who can help us tell that story in the most compelling, visual, and shareable way possible.</span></p><h5><span><strong>The Opportunity</strong></span></h5><p><span>We are hiring a Brand Strategist &amp; Creator to be the creative engine behind our brand. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can think strategically about brand and content while also rolling up their sleeves to make things — writing scripts, directing shoots, editing timelines, and shipping content that people actually want to watch and share.</span></p><p><span>You will be at the center of everything our brand produces: founder-led video content, social media assets, product storytelling, event coverage, educational series, and category-defining thought leadership. You will manage our entire video production workflow while also being someone who can personally create high-quality content when needed.</span></p><p><span>This is not a "sit in meetings and make slide decks" role. This is a maker role with strategic responsibility. Some travel will be required.</span></p><h5><span><strong>What You Will Own</strong></span></h5><p><span><strong>Video Production Management</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Own the end-to-end video production workflow — coordinating external videographers, freelance shooters, and production crews for founder interviews, product demos, event coverage, and brand films.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee the internal video editing team — assigning projects, reviewing cuts, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain production workflows, asset libraries, and project management systems so video production runs smoothly at scale.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Scout locations, manage production schedules, coordinate talent, and handle shoot logistics in San Francisco and on location.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage video production budgets, vendor relationships, and equipment.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Founder Content Creation</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Work directly with our founders to develop, script, shoot, and produce high-quality video and written content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop recurring content formats: interview series, behind-the-scenes, thought leadership pieces, reaction videos, and event recaps.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain an editorial calendar for founders content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Meta, Tiktok, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Draft written content — LinkedIn posts, threads, and short-form — when needed.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Brand Content Strategy &amp; Creation</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Create and produce social media content — short-form video, graphics, carousels, and written posts for Search Atlas brand channels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop content for product launches, feature announcements, and campaigns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Produce educational content for our community: tutorials, challenge recaps, summit highlights, and how-to videos.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with the VP of Brand on category narrative content: manifesto videos, "State of Agentic Marketing" assets, and PR-ready content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create content for events, conferences, and speaking engagements.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Quality &amp; Brand Consistency</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all video and visual content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure a cohesive visual language and tone across all platforms and content types.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide creative direction on content produced by team members, freelancers, and agencies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stay current on platform trends, content formats, and best practices for video and social media.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span>Qualifications</span></h5><p><span><strong>Must-Haves</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or brand marketing at a technology company, media company, agency, or creator-led brand.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality video content end-to-end: concept, scripting, shooting or directing, editing, and publishing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing video production workflows across multiple simultaneous projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong portfolio showing a range of content: brand videos, social content, founder/executive content, product storytelling, and/or event coverage.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent writing skills — LinkedIn posts, video scripts, and social captions with equal fluency.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working directly with executives or founders on personal brand content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera — can direct a shoot, operate a camera if needed, and coach non-performers on video.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Nice-to-Haves</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Background at a design-forward or developer-first company known for exceptional brand and creative execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building or contributing to a founder-led content program or executive thought leadership engine.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and production workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with community-driven content and education-focused video.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform content strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Motion graphics, animation, or photography skills are a strong plus.</span></p></li></ul><h5><span>Compensation &amp;
