The Opportunity

Are you an experienced recruitment consultant ready to take your career to the next level in one of the most exciting and rapidly expanding sectors in the global property and infrastructure landscape? We are looking for a driven Senior or Principal Consultant to join our team in Sydney, specialising in the placement of specialist Data Centre talent across leading developers, investors, operators, and engineering and construction businesses.

This is a genuine 360 billing role — you'll own the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer management. You'll be operating in a high-demand, supply-constrained market where specialist recruitment expertise is genuinely scarce and highly valued.

The Market You'll Work In

You'll be recruiting across the full data centre lifecycle, partnering with clients that include:

• Global and domestic data centre developers and operators
• Real estate investment platforms with digital infrastructure strategies
• Private equity and institutional investors backing data centre assets
• Hyperscale operators and colocation providers
• Engineering, design and construction firms delivering mission-critical infrastructure
• Consulting and advisory firms specialising in data centre feasibility and development

Roles you'll place will span investment, development, acquisitions, project management, critical facilities management, mechanical and electrical engineering, commercial, and operations — from specialist technical positions through to senior leadership and executive appointments.

What We're Looking For

We're open to candidates at Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level. What matters most is your track record and your drive. You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within property, construction, engineering, technology infrastructure, or a related professional services discipline
• A strong business development mindset with the confidence to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the data centre landscape
• Experience or genuine interest in the Data Centre or wider digital infrastructure sector (sector knowledge is advantageous but not essential — what you know about recruiting and building a desk matters most)
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Ambition to grow — whether that's building a desk from strength to strength or progressing into a leadership role over time
