<p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri , sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt"><span style="background-color: white"><span><span>We are currently recruiting for a SHEQ Advisor to join our client’s company based in Denbigh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all safety, health, environmental and quality requirements are met in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri , sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt"><span><span><strong><span style="background-color: white">The SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for:</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="background-color: white">• Carrying out risk assessments and developing and implementing safety management systems</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• Monitoring and auditing safety, health, environmental and quality systems</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• Investigating incidents and accidents and ensuring they are reported and documented</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• Identifying and evaluating potential hazards and risks</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• Developing and delivering SHEQ awareness training</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• Providing advice and guidance to staff on SHEQ related matters</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• Working with the SHEQ Manager to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• Preparing and reviewing SHEQ reports</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="background-color: white">The ideal candidate will have:</span></strong></span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 11.0pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri , sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt"><span style="background-color: white"><span><span>• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a SHEQ role, preferably in the telecommunications industry</span></span></span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 11.0pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri , sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt"><span style="background-color: white"><span><span>• A proven track record of developing and implementing safety management systems</span></span></span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 10.5pt"><span><span><span style="background-color: white">• Excellent knowledge of relevant safety, health, environmental and quality regulations</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• Excellent communication and organisational skills</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• The ability to work independently and as part of a team</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white">• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</span></p>
