A growing engineering and manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on digital marketer to take ownership of lead generation, CRM strategy, website performance, and digital campaign delivery across a global B2B business.
Working Monday to Friday, this hybrid role offers genuine autonomy, international exposure, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and centralising marketing activity across multiple global markets. Occasional international travel will be required.
This is a role for someone who wants visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to directly influence commercial growth through effective digital marketing.
Some of the Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and revenue growth
Taking ownership of CRM strategy, customer segmentation, automation journeys, and campaign performance
Managing website performance, SEO, technical SEO, analytics, and digital user experience
Creating and optimising paid and organic digital campaigns across relevant channels
Working closely with sales, product marketing, and wider commercial teams to align marketing activity with business objectives
Supporting exhibition and event campaigns to maximise lead generation opportunities
Producing performance reporting and commercial insights to demonstrate marketing impact
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and digital infrastructure
Supporting the creation of a more centralised and scalable global marketing function
Staying ahead of digital trends and continuously improving campaign effectiveness
We would be keen to speak with Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, Demand Generation Managers, CRM Marketing Managers, Digital Leads, or commercially focused B2B digital marketers from engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors.
The successful individual will likely bring:
Strong hands-on digital marketing experience with clear evidence of commercial impact
Experience across lead generation, CRM, website optimisation, automation, and digital campaign delivery
The ability to build, improve, and optimise systems rather than simply oversee external agencies
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing drives sales performance
Confidence working independently, taking ownership, and influencing stakeholders
A proactive, ambitious, and solutions-focused approach
Excellent communication and project management skills
What’s on offer:
Competitive salary depending on experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working
Occasional international travel
Genuine autonomy and ownership
Long-term progression opportunities
International exposure
Opportunity to shape systems, processes, and future team structure
A visible role within a growing global manufacturing business
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven digital marketer who wants to make a genuine impact within an international engineering and manufacturing environment.
