About the Role
Product Engineer We are hiring 2 Product Engineers (Remote) to join a high-performing, seed-stage company building an AI-powered intelligence platform for health systems. Health systems spend over $100B annually on software , yet many technology decisions are still made using spreadsheets, consultant decks, and fragmented data. This team is building the infrastructure that helps health systems evaluate what to buy, build, keep, or cut using real evidence, structured data, and detailed ROI modelling. You will work across AI, data, product, and customer-facing software—owning projects from early problem discovery through to production. What You’ll Do Build AI agents and LLM workflows that collect, verify, and structure health technology data. Develop data pipelines, semantic models, and internal tooling used by analysts and customers. Build full-stack product features and intuitive UI for complex technology and ROI decisions. Work directly with customers to understand workflows and turn ambiguous needs into practical product solutions. Own projects across Python, TypeScript, data architecture, AI pipelines, and user-facing software. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of engineering experience; exceptional candidates with less experience are welcome. Strong Python and TypeScript skills with full-stack product experience. Experience with LLMs, AI agents, data pipelines, data modelling, or ML-enabled products. Strong product judgment and the ability to make complex workflows simple and useful. High ownership, strong communication, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment. Startup, forward-deployed, or high-performance experience is highly valued. Team & Opportunity You will join a lean 14-person company backed by leading venture investors, working alongside a small engineering team and helping transition key product responsibilities from contractors into a permanent internal team. This is an opportunity to have real influence over the technical foundation, product direction, and customer experience of a company creating a new category in healthcare technology intelligence. Location & Remote Policy Locations: New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Remote within the US Remote: Fully remote is available. Candidates based in New York or Atlanta may work from the office 2–3 days per week, if preferred , but this is optional.
