About the Role
On behalf of NCA, we are looking for a Business Change Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based UK Wide (Hybrid - attend the nearest NCA hub).
SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing & eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.
As a Business Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Preparing the business for the changes delivered across the programme, ensuring smooth transition and benefit realisation.
Acting as a bridge between the project team and end users, supporting the planning and execution of all change‑related activities.
Coordinating a blended team of Business Change Managers across multiple work packages.
Working closely with Programme Leadership and the Head of CMO to define effective ways of working within the change team.
Providing guidance, coaching, and best‑practice change frameworks to internal CMO staff.
Supporting stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and readiness assessments.
Ensuring all change activities align with project delivery goals and wider organisational objectives.
Essential:
AMPG Change Management Practitioner or PROSCI Practitioner certification (minimum requirement).
Strong background in Change Management, delivering successful business change across complex environments.
Proven experience in Stakeholder Engagement, with the ability to influence and manage relationships at all levels.
Demonstrable understanding of Project Delivery principles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey change impacts clearly and persuasively.
