<div style="margin-bottom: 10.0pt"><span><span style="font-size: 12.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">A professional nurse registered in the state of assignment with experience in practice of nursing and possessing advanced studies and expertise in administration of nursing services. The Director of Nursing has the authority, responsibility and accountability for structuring, comprehensive planning and implementing the Nursing Services Program that guides the delivery of a quality health care program.</span></span></span></div>

<li><span><span style="font-size: 12.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Review all mediation errors, and forwards written findings to the Health Care Unit Administrator.</span></span></span>
<li><span><span style="font-size: 12.0px"><span style="font-family: Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif">Prepares and submits monthly reports to the Health Care Unit Administrator.</span></span></span>
