I am currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated
Registered Nurse to join the team at a well-established nursing home in Ayrshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an NMC-registered nurse with nursing home experience who is passionate about delivering the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.
- Lead shifts, supervising and supporting care staff to maintain excellent standards of care.
- Administer medications, update care plans, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to care.
- Act as a role model and promote best practice in line with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
- Previous experience working in a nursing home environment is essential.
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
