Maths Teacher - Coventry

About the role:

Justteachers are currently recruiting for a committed Mathematics Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Coventry from April 2026. This is a full-time position expected to continue through to July 2026.

The school is well-established within the local community and has a supportive leadership team dedicated to raising attainment across KS3 and KS4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Planning, marking and assessment in line with the national curriculum
• Differentiating lessons to support a range of academic abilities
• Preparing students for GCSE examinations
• Maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Maths to GCSE level
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Two references we are able to apply for, desirably from an educational setting
