In this Software / Mobile Engineer role, you’ll help design, build, and scale a core platform for an AI-powered business management product. You’ll work across mainly frontend applications and mobile experiences, playing a direct role in shaping both the product and the tech stack. Why This Role High ownership and direct product impact Real users, real scale, and meaningful problems Modern stack with AI-assisted development workflows Opportunity to help shape both product and engineering direction Competitive Salary depending on experience and monthly stipend for benefits Responsibilities: Build and maintain a cloud-based platform across backend, frontend, and mobile Develop and ship features end-to-end across web and mobile applications Create scalable APIs and reusable UI components Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams Write tests, maintain documentation, and ensure system reliability Continuously improve performance, scalability, and development processes Ideal candidate is someone who: has strong React Native development experience and can lead mobile initiatives. is equally comfortable working on front-end and back-end development. can move between web and mobile as priorities shift in a fast-paced startup environment Background Profile: 3+ years of mobile, software, or full-stack development experience Solid frontend experience with Vue, Nuxt, React, or similar frameworks Hands-on, recent experience building and maintaining React Native apps Experience with Expo, Xcode, and Android Studio Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) Experience deploying to AWS and working with serverless environments Experience with PHP (Laravel) and MySQL a plus Strong understanding of system design, security, and engineering best practices Proven ability to ship high-quality software quickly Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments Experience with Agile/Scrum teams Strong communication and collaboration skills Startup, SaaS, or early-stage product experience a plus Must be local to the Greater-Phoenix area Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered as no sponsorship is available for this role.
