We are so excited to be supporting the search for a highly experienced General Manager to take the lead across two exceptional establishments in Wiltshire. The first is a charming, traditional gastropub nestled in a picturesque countryside village; the second, a beautifully renovated boutique hotel set to open its doors in 2025.

£50,000 per annum plus tips
Working 5 days per week, 45 hours
Set days off – Sunday and Monday
A mix of split and straight shifts with the latest finish of 10pm

Responsibilities as the General Manager…
Working closely with the owners to shape and implement short and long-term business and marketing plans, driving revenue and profitability through proactive development strategies.
Overseeing all aspects of service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction is consistently high and any feedback or complaints are handled swiftly and with care.
Managing the day-to-day running of the property, including shift planning, bookings, cashing up, health & safety protocols, and incident reporting to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Leading recruitment, staff reviews, and rota management, maintaining a motivated, high-performing team aligned with the company’s values and standards.
Promoting and coordinating events, private functions, and room bookings to support sales targets, while ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
