<p><b>Type</b>: Temporary, Part-Time (continuity focused) </p>
<p><b>About the Role </b></p>
<p>Our client is recruiting experienced Domiciliary Care Workers to support adults requiring consistent, high-quality care in Brighton and Hove. </p>
<p>They are currently building consistent local runs. </p>
<p>This is continuity-led work, supporting the same service users on agreed working patterns, not ad-hoc rota cover. </p>
<p>Local Brighton / Hove applicants preferred due to short travel between calls. </p>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Delivering personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) in clients’ homes. </li>
<li>Supporting daily living tasks with dignity and independence. </li>
<li>Supporting mobility and community access. </li>
<li>Following person-centred care plans. </li>
<li>Maintaining accurate care documentation. </li>
<li>Supporting medication where trained. </li>
<li>Adhering to safeguarding, infection control, and Health and Safety procedures. </li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship required). </li>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ UK care experience (domiciliary preferred). </li>
<li>Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain). </li>
<li>Good spoken and written English. </li>
<li>Ability to commit to agreed working patterns. </li>
<li>Commitment to continuity with the same clients. </li>
</ul>
<p><b>Desirable: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>NVQ Level 2/3 Health and Social Care.</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence and a car. </li>
