Salary: $36,000 – $38,200K+, potentially more based on experience
Location: on-site in Mobile, AL
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:30pm
About the Role
Sirius Staffing is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Case Manager to support individuals who have completed Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs. In this role, you will maintain contact with participants after training, track employment outcomes, and ensure accurate documentation to support program success and compliance.
This position is ideal for someone interested in workforce development, career services, or social services who enjoys combining communication, organization, and data tracking in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up outreach with program participants (phone, email, text, etc.) after program completion
Verify and document employment details, including employer information, wages, hours, and job retention
Confirm completion of training programs and credential attainment
Accurately enter and maintain participant records in the state case management system
Monitor required follow-up timelines and ensure all reporting deadlines are met
Identify potential employment barriers and coordinate with Case Managers for additional support
Provide information on available supportive services when appropriate
Assist with documentation reviews, audits, and compliance preparation
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training related to WIOA programs

Proficiency with computers, databases, Microsoft Excel, and Word
Professional, customer-service-oriented and patient approach
Workforce, career services, or social services experience preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
Experience in administrative support, customer service, workforce development, or social services preferred
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
