About the Role
On behalf of our private client, we are seeking a warm, vibrant, and proactive Temporary Travelling Nanny to support a hands-on family with their little child, who will turn 3 years old in February. The child attends a Montessori nursery, is playful and curious, and particularly enjoys reading and outdoor activities.
This is a temporary role which required working across multiple international locations. The successful candidate will be confident travelling extensively, able to support the child’s learning through age-appropriate Montessori-style activities. The parents are very hands-on and are looking for someone who can work alongside them with good boundaries, stepping in when needed while respecting family routines.
The ideal nanny will be naturally organised, take initiative, and stay one step ahead—supporting the household smoothly when time allows. Driving is a bonus but not essential. Urdu speaking or understanding South Asian culture is a strong plus
Working hours/schedule:
Temporary position: March – August/September
Minimum 6 hours per day, up to 12 hours per day depending on travel and family schedule
Duties include:
Sole and shared care of the child depending on location and schedule
Planning and organising age-appropriate activities (indoor/outdoor)
Supporting development through Montessori-style learning and nursery-based activities
Encouraging reading, imagination, and creativity
Maintaining routines, boundaries, and positive behaviour
Keeping play areas tidy and organised
Supporting light child-related tasks (tidying toys, occasional laundry support, etc.)
Being adaptable and supportive during travel transitions (packing, settling in, time zone changes)
Per hour rate: £20 - 25 per hour gross
Start date: March 2026
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
