The opportunity</strong><br />
In order to capitalise on expanding online sales activity in international markets, they wish to hire a Business Development Manager.<br />
<br />
The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:<br />
<br />
</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive international acquisition strategy to enter new markets and grow existing ones with new brands and IP</li>
<li>Drive new customer acquisition through direct sales efforts and by supporting partners in their sales initiatives.</li>
<li>Work closely with agents to take advantage of their local knowledge and presence</li>
<li>Travel internationally for fairs or customers visits.</li>
</ul>

<strong>Candidate Profile</strong><br />

<ul>
<li>Fluency English is essential. Fluency in any 2nd language is an advantage due to the international scope of the role</li>
<li>Experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, with a strong focus on international markets</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, customer-oriented focus.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritise a broad operational agenda.Excellent sales pitching skills</li>
<li>Able to travel internationally for fairs or customers visits.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong><br />
Competitive salary of c45,000 - £50,000<br />
