About the Role
As a Client Services and Support Representative at Afni, you will be at the core of delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services. You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently, and providing them with a positive, solution-oriented experience. Key qualifications include excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong problem-solving abilities. You should have at least six months of customer service experience and be able to work with multiple computer applications while providing support.
