You will collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure that estimations are feasible, justifiable, and in alignment with construction feasibility.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<p>Request and assess <strong>supplier and subcontractor pricing</strong> for accuracy, extent, and competitiveness.</p>

<p>Compile and present <strong>tender packages, RFQs, and RFP replies</strong> on time.</p>
</li>

<p>Collaborate with <strong>project managers and field leaders</strong> to verify construction feasibility, logistics, and production assumptions.</p>

<p>Participate in <strong>pre-tender meetings</strong> and conduct <strong>on-site inspections</strong> to evaluate accessibility, utilities, traffic management, and staging limitations.</p>

<p>Maintain <strong>historical cost records</strong> and adjust unit pricing based on market conditions.</p>

<p>Support <strong>budgeting, value engineering, and change order pricing</strong> on successful bids.</p>

<p>Excellent <strong>attention to detail</strong>, organizational skills, and communication abilities.</p>
