Security Business Analyst – Threat & Exposure Management (AI)

Senior Security Business Analyst required to support cyber security initiatives across Continuous Threat Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, Vulnerability Management, and Agentic AI. This is a hands-on BA role focused on requirements gathering, process improvement and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with Security, Product and Engineering teams.
• Support initiatives across Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management and CTEM.
• Define processes, user stories, gap analyses and business requirements.
• Support the adoption of AI and Agentic AI within security programmes.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst delivering cyber security projects.
• Understanding of Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management/ASM and CTEM.
• Exposure to AI or Agentic AI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ideal Background: A personable, hands-on Security BA who understands modern threat and exposure management and can work closely with product teams to deliver practical security solutions.
