Für ein dynamisches, internationales FinTech-Unternehmen suchen wir einen Finance & Risk Manager (m/w/d). Die neu geschaffene Position bietet hervorragende Sichtbarkeit, großen Gestaltungsspielraum und die Möglichkeit, das Finanz- und Risikomanagement direkt unter der Geschäftsführung aktiv aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln, bei gleichzeitig hoher Flexibilität (2-3 Tage HO nach der Probezeit).

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanz- und Risikomanagementstrukturen sowie Weiterentwicklung des Financial Models
• Sicherstellung des Financial Controllings und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Steuerbüro
• Identifikation, Bewertung, Überwachung und Berichterstattung von operationalen Risiken (OpRisk) und Liquiditätsrisiken
• Durchführung von Berechnungen für Stresstests (ICAAP etc.) sowie Erstellung der Risikotragfähigkeitsrechnung
• Aufbau, wirksame Gestaltung und Pflege des internen Kontrollsystems sowie Erstellung und Kommunikation von Reports direkt an das Management

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen, Controlling oder Risikomanagement,
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzanalyse, Budgetierung, Prognoserechnung sowie ausgeprägte Controlling-Expertise
• Solides Verständnis von regulatorischen Anforderungen (MaRisk & KWG erforderlich; DORA-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus)
• Sehr gute Deutsch (C1+) und Englisch (B2+) Kenntnisse
