About the Role

The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home with onsite parking.
Duties
Maintaining good relationships with all clients, resolving queries promptly to ensure payment on time.
Calling and emailing for collections
Updating the credit management system
On site meetings where needed
Issue monthly statements
Statement reconciliations
Reporting
Supporting audits
What you will need
Good systems and intermediate Excel
Personable and excellent customer service skills
Highly organised
Ability to think outside the box
